Somehow the character's style doesn't fit well considering the whole image.
Beneath the twisted roots in the middle and left bottom and around some of the branches there are quite ugly brushlines (several circles).
The Logo and title are a way too pixeled.
I don't like the pink stripe in the left...not the stripe itself, it's the color that doesn't fit...way to clean.
There's a disturbing pink brushline beneath one of the branches in the upper left.

The tree's shape as well as the grass are quite natural.
I like the idea of using those leave and star shapes allover the image.
The abstracted city skyline in the background fits perfectly (although it could be a bit more detailed).
HSB all perfect.
Nice colors (as long as you're not regarding the stripe).
