My only complaints are the MP3 player looks out of place all alone up there, also the right side of the banner seems empty since it’s for a gaming clan a few game renders would look good in there.

Sadly, it's not my favorite from you.
The content box headers for the boxes on the left and right dont seem that great looking in my opinion.
A nice effect would be some rollovers on the top left navigation would be awsome!
Sadly fers, this doesn't compare to your others, so I wont favourite it.
But still, I envy your style.
